Need golf iron reviews? Erik and I are here to help you, and we know how confusing it can be to look at new irons. That’s why we’ve posted so many reviews on this website.
Dozens of new iron sets come out every year, and it can be tough – if not impossible - to stay on top of all of them. You could probably read yourself into oblivion just trying to stay informed if you looked at all the press releases and other information put out by the club manufacturers. You can’t even do that if you’re not fortunate enough to hear about all the iron sets on the market –much less remember their names.
And how many iron sets can you really test for yourself? Sure, you can go to a demo day and hit a few, and if a local sporting goods store has a golf simulator (or even a net to hit into) you can try out a few there. But hitting a few here and there is hardly a comprehensive evaluation when you consider how many irons are out there. Testing all of them would be a full-time job (trust me, I know).
Our reviews can help you deal with all these issues. For one thing, we make it our job to stay abreast of all the new golf equipment coming out. In many cases, we know about new irons before they’re released for sale to the public. That advance knowledge lets us prepare for and schedule new reviews as quickly as humanly possible. I test as many irons as I can, as soon as I can, by hitting them on the range or during actual rounds. I take in-depth, thorough notes on the impressions I form during my evaluations, because I know I’ll need to refer to them while I’m writing our golf iron reviews. Then, when it’s time to actually write our reviews, I do it as honestly and objectively as possible. We’re not trying to sell you anything, so the information in our reviews – and every other review on this site – is straightforward and unbiased.
Basically, I hit all these clubs so you don’t have to. And then I write them up in our golf iron reviews. By reading our golf iron reviews, you can decide which particular iron sets sound interesting. Then, you can focus your attention just on those sets. You’ll be able to hit just the irons that sound like they might suit you – not just some clubs you’ve selected more or less randomly.
Our golf iron reviews cover clubs that have been made by all the major club manufacturers – and some companies that are less well known, too. For example, we review all the following iron sets:
That list is far from comprehensive, however. We have plenty of other golf iron reviews, and we’re posting new ones on a regular basis. We try to make it as easy as possible for you to find the specific reviews you want to read, so each page of this site includes a number of helpful links. If you’re thinking about buying a new set of irons, we strongly encourage you to read through as many of our golf iron reviews as you want. They’ll give you the kind of honest, straightforward information you need in order to make an informed decision on which particular irons to try out for yourself – and possibly buy. That’s the whole point of our site.
We also encourage you to bookmark our site. We add new golf equipment reviews almost every day because you deserve to know about your choices. In short, we keep up to date with the golf equipment industry so you don’t have to.
Finally, we invite you to sign up for our free newsletter (top right-hand side of the site). Registration is quick and easy, and we keep your signup information completely private and confidential. We’re not selling any equipment here on checkyourgolf.com, and we’re not selling your information, either. We just want to give you the honest facts about the golf equipment you need to play your best.
We try as hard as we can to make our reviews as informative as possible. We sincerely hope you enjoy reading them – but most of all, we hope they help you make the right decision for you and your game.
From golf iron reviews to the other golf club reviews.
